1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive and, if approved, adopt the Annual Report and Financial Statement.
3. To decide Honorariums to the Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, Publicity Officer and Recorders for the coming season.
4. Election of Life Members.
5. Elect the board of Directors.
6. Any other business that may be brought forward in accordance with the Rules of the Association.
